The 29th edition of the Aigle de Nice International took place from November 8th to 20th, 2017 at Galerie Neptune in the port of Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat

This 2017 edition was placed under the High Patronage of Mrs. Mick Micheyl, variety artist and steel engraver, Mr. Jean-Paul de Bernis, President of the Académie Mérite et Dévouement Français and Vice-President of the Académie Arts-Sciences-Lettres (Arts-Science-Literature Academy), Mr. Masashi Yokohama, President of Osaka, Japan-based International Art Council organization.

The Preview Ceremony took place on the 10th of November in the presence of M. Jean-François DIETERICH Mayor of Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat

The Prize-giving Ceremony took place on the 10th and 17th of November in the presence of Mayor as well

The 2017 honorary guests were the two 2016 Aigles de Nice d'Or (Gold Award) : painter Evelyne Doublet and sculptor Hervé Second. Other guests were : Sculptor Michel DURAND, awarded Aigle de Nice d'Or 2015 and sculptors Christian MAAS, Rémi COUDRAIN, Jean-Louis LAGET, PARI RAVAN, André POISSY and Painters Catherine GARDON, awarded Aigle de Nice d'Or, Monica RÜDI, Annie TOJA, Claude GAUTHIER, Alain BENEDETTO. Special tribute to our recently deceased frends Jean-Louis CARINA et Alain DEMARTE.

May they be thanked by the Aigle de Nice for their involvement in the success of this edition !
